The Middlesex County Office of Parks and Recreation hosts their annual Fall Trails Day on Saturday, Nov. 6, from 9 a.m.-noon at the John A. Phillips Park and Preserve in Old Bridge to exterminate invasive species and clean the trails. 

According to the Office of Parks and Recreation, all volunteers must register through the volunteer agreement/release form on the Middlesex County website. Mail the form to P.O. Box 661, New Brunswick, New Jersey 08903. 

Michael Sulse, a first-year student at Middlesex College, said, “This sounds like an environmentally beneficial event, which I would participate in if my schedule permits.”

According to the event’s flier, COVID-19 protocols are in place, and all volunteers must wear a face covering and socially distance.
