The driver of Vehicle #1 stated he was traveling north on College Drive East when he lost control of the vehicle, spun around and struck the curb. Vehicle #1 sustained significant damage to the rear passenger wheel and rear axle. The driver refused any medical attention and the vehicle was towed from the scene. #I-2018-005303 – Closed C.
