South Plainfield Resident Holds Private Screening

South Plainfield resident Jes Vasquez and other filmmakers will be showing a private screening of their short films at the South Plainfield Public Library on Saturday, April 29 at 1:30 p.m. The first short film that will be shown is named “Put a Pin in It,” and it follows a habitual bobby pin user and the struggles of her life. The second short film is named “Jenny: A beach movie,” and it follows an action packed day at the beach. The third short film, “Henchmen for Hire,” written by Andrew Froening is about two henchmen standing guard over a meeting that runs late. The fourth and final film that will be shown is “Healing Heroes,” a film about a doctor that heals superheroes and villains. After the screenings, there will also be a question and answers session with the filmmakers for anyone that has questions to ask.
