For the month of September and October, the Student Activities' office is showing films in the College Center to celebrate Hispanic Heritage.
The films that they are showing are Evita, Walkout, El Cantante, Calle 54, and Pan's Labyrinth.
There are rows of seats that are set up like a "theater" in the middle of College Center. They also turn down the lights so you can watch the films better.
Along with films, there are also trips, music, poetry, and dancing all related to Hispanic culture.
The Student Activities' office will be showing films based on the event throughout the rest of the semester.
Patricia Daly, the Director of the Student Activities, said "This Thursday, one of our clubs will be selecting films for Halloween time and other popular films."
Make sure to check around campus along with the website for fliers promoting new themes and activities.
