Festival to be held at MCC PAC

The English and Visual Performing and Media Arts departments are co-sponsoring an event for current and former students of Middlesex County College to display their talents in dramatic writing and filmmaking. The Festival of New Student Works will be held on Sunday, April 26 in the Studio Theater at MCC. There will be six plays and six short films that will be chosen to perform at the Studio Theater for this daylong festival. Plays are required to have one set and no more than six characters. They must also be no more than 15 minutes in length. Films are required to be no more than 30 minutes in length and can be either fiction or a documentary. They are also required to be on CD. The deadline for submission is March 11, 2009. For application forms, contact professor Benjamin Marshall in the English department.
